With the preliminary plans, specifications and cost sheet finalized, we are ready to move the client into Stage III of the plan process. The Construction Drawing plans will provide the client with details inside the home, four exterior elevation views (front, back and both sides), cabinet and electrical layouts. A final review of the plan is then scheduled, allowing for any adjustments to me made.
Upon the final approval from the clients, the architect is given the authorization to begin Stage IV of the plan, process and generate the foundation, framing and structural engineering plans. With the completion of all engineered drawings, the planning process is over allowing Sterling Custom Homes and the client to move forward into the Pre-Construction stage of building.
