The Sterling CookBook™ is tailored for each customer and project, and contains an online schedule, real-time budget updates and detailed instructions on every aspect of the home building process for which you are responsible.

Your Cookbook provides on online schedule system that shows you when selections have to be made, which trade partners you need to meet with and where they are located.

Approval Process

The approval process is detailed and automated to show what your responsibilities are at each step. Once you have approved your selections, your Cookbook keeps them online for future reference.

The Sterling Experience

In this 10-minute video we explain the Sterling Experience and show how carefully crafted elements come together into one amazing home building experience.

We loved the idea of the “Sterling Cookbook”. That was a wonderful resource book for us to use, especially living out of town. The maps helped navigate us to the different vendors and now it is packed full of all the info of things we picked out for each category.
