Whether you’re a casual lake cruiser, serious sailor or fishing fanatic, then you don’t want to miss the 2011 Austin Boat Show held at the Austin Convention Center on Jan. 20 and 21 from noon to 9 p.m., Jan. 22 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Jan. 23 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Austin Boats Show provides owners of Austin custom homes with the best in the boating trades industry. This year, the Austin Boat Show has combined forces with the Central Texas Hunting and Fishing Show to bring you even more exhibits and dealers. Vendors include Austin Boats & Motors, Central Texas Water Sports, Texas Sailing and Tracker Boating Center to name a few. While at the show, don’t forget to sign for the Boater Education class and make sure to bring your children by the Kids Catfishing Tank.

The cost of attendance is $8 for adults, $4 for seniors over 65, $4 for children ages 7 to 12, children 6 and under are free, and $13 for the instructional class plus show ticket
