Last month, specifically on March 4th, the Austin Business Journal recognized top producers and sellers in the Austin real estate market at their annual Residential Real Estate Awards. Sterling Custom Homes attended the exciting event, which was a really smart move as this was a huge networking opportunity for any professional in the Austin real estate industry. We were able to meet and mingle with the city’s best and most influential real estate agents. It’s definitely nice to see that Sterling Custom Homes is out and about and involved with the Austin real estate industry, proving that they take an active interest in the local community.
The event also included a very entertaining presentation titled “Ten Reason’s Why You Should Stay in Residential Real Estate.”
The state of the industry, of course, was a hot topic at this year’s event, and Dee Shultz (who gave the presentation) did a great job at motivating those in attendance. Dee is a top producer for Keller-Williams Realty, and her 30 years experience gave her plenty of material for her skit. Dee also has a long history with Sterling Custom Homes since she marketed the 2006 HBA Parade Home in Seven Oaks.
