It allows them a look into the upcoming construction schedule and provides the client with benchmarks of when to have their custom selection decisions finalized in order to keep their home on schedule. It is important for our clients to understand the construction process and how their decisions can affect the building schedule; therefore, we spend as much one on one time as necessary while educating them on the selection approval process.

In the beginning of their selection process, our clients must make decisions for a custom roof and custom entry door. While it may seem premature in the selection process, these items have lead times of 2-3 months and in order to avoid delays at these stages, we must be proactive.
