Sterling has acquired a homesite within Travis Club and is developing plans for its first residence in the community. The preliminary design is nearing completion and will be refined in collaboration with the Travis Club team to ensure the home responds thoughtfully to its setting and the community’s architectural vision.

The residence will showcase Sterling’s approach to modern Hill Country living, with architecture shaped by the homesite, seamless indoor-outdoor connections and spaces designed for both everyday comfort and effortless entertaining.
