Have you ever been so pleased with a company that you felt compelled to throw them a party to show your appreciation? It’s not a common occurrence to say the least. Many companies get positive feedback through letters and reviews, but to have a customer go through the trouble of planning and organizing a party is extraordinary. So, we must congratulate Sterling Custom Homes on doing such a tremendous job for Jim and Debbie Schultz, who recently hosted a Sterling appreciation party at their Austin custom home.

It was especially rewarding for the Sterling employees as it gave us a chance to tour the furnished home and discuss the design and construction elements that have made this such a wonderful collaboration. The Schultz residence has many high-end finishes that make it a truly unique Sterling custom home.

The mesquite floors are absolutely breathtaking and the extensive cabinetry gives the home that custom look and feel. The most memorable feature of all is the seamless transition from indoor living area to outdoor living are. This is accomplished with a 15′ disappearing glass wall that opens the family room to the beautiful outdoor living area.

Outside there are actually two living spaces. The first is the main patio which boasts a large granite table as well as a unique swimming pool complete with a flowing stream and large beach area. The second outdoor living space is a more private area outside of the master bedroom that has its own heated exercise pool and spa. The two outdoor spaces are separated by a warm and inviting see-through fireplace.

When the building process is organized properly and the builder applies his skills with honesty and integrity throughout, the end product is not only a beautiful new home but also a completely satisfied client. Many thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Schultz for their hospitality and friendship. We gladly welcome them into the Sterling Custom Homes family!
