At this point, your home is really starting to take its shape! During the Wall Finishes stage we will:
- Install and check all the insulation and expandable foam.
- We will also install the sheetrock, FireRock, Dura Rock and QuietRock.
- Then it’s time to apply wall textures such as Monterrey Drag, Hand Trowel and Venetian plaster.
- Additionally during this stage, the Customer will approve wall texture samples, exterior stone pattern and color, and the stucco color and texture.
