Sterling Custom Homes is pleased to announce that our spec home at 212 Black Wolf Run in Flintrock Falls is under contract and set to close early next month. We recently met with the buyers to discuss the details of the plan and make any accommodations that were necessary for their needs.
One of the great things about buying a Sterling “Quick Delivery” home is that the transition is smooth and easy. The contract was signed in the first week of April and the home will be ready for move-in the first week of May.
