At this point, Sterling prices the house within 3 days of the final preliminary Plan & Specifications meeting.
We then review the initial Construction Cost Sheet & Specifications with the Client. If the price doesn’t meet the Client’s budget, Sterling and the Client review and re-price the Construction Cost Sheet and modify the Specifications. The Client then accepts the finalized Construction Cost Sheet & Specifications. (Sterling’s price, based on the finalized Construction Cost Sheet, Specifications & preliminary plan, is valid for 30 days.)
