Before we turn the home over to the Customer, we work to make sure it is as close to perfect as possible.
- First, the Builder will perform a final home preparation and then complete his “to-do” list.
- The Customer will then attend the Final Home Demonstration with Sterling.
- We will wrap-up the financial allowances.
- The warranty information and procedures will then be reviewed.
- Finally, we will schedule and complete the closing.
