Now, this is where the construction begins! We will start with clearing the lot:
- We will mark all the existing trees and shrubs that the Customer and Sterling see fit to keep.
- Next, we will clear the extraneous trees and shrubs.
- Then, any grading or leveling work will be completed.
- Lastly, erosion control will be put in place.
