In a recent survey taken by the residents of Bee Caves it shows the number one clothing retailer the community wants is H&M. The announcement of the upcoming renovations to the Hill Country Galleria have been made to add in the high demand retailer. With the infusion of $16 million from the investment management firm INVESCO the city of Bee Caves is banking on further success for the local outdoor shopping mall.
The 20,000-square-foot H&M store at the Hill Country Galleria will be the chain’s second location in the Austin area. Based in Sweden, H&M has locations around the world. The retailer is known for offering on-trend men’s, women’s and children’s clothing at low prices. Construction on the renovations is projected to begin in early 2016 and will be complete by fall 2016.
